1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and aq999app ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing any part of the aq999app Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing a casino game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of aq999app following notification of a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall always prevail. All communications between Users and aq999app support shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and aq999app with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full features of aq999app — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals worldwide, subject to the restrictions set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain an account on aq999app only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older without exception.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently in effect on aq999app.
• You have not previously had an account closed by aq999app for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on aq999app. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, aq999app reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate all balances without notice.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

aq999app may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, after a large deposit, or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence issued by a recognised authority
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by aq999app may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions. aq999app will not process withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aq999app are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of deposit and withdrawal methods widely used across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and major bank channels. The following rules apply to all transactions on the Platform.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

aq999app currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

3.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500.
• There is no maximum deposit limit set by aq999app, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit within 3 minutes of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to 2 business hours to credit depending on the bank.
• You must only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• aq999app does not accept deposits made using credit cards for the purpose of funding gambling activity where this is restricted by the card issuer.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed same-day, typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
• aq999app does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before those funds or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• aq999app reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large withdrawal requests.

3.4 Transaction Errors

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must contact support within 72 hours of the transaction date. aq999app will investigate all reported transaction errors promptly. Where an error is confirmed to have been caused by a technical fault on our Platform, we will make the appropriate correction. Errors caused by the User's payment provider are subject to that provider's own dispute resolution process.

4 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on aq999app. Specific rules for individual sports, bet types, and casino games are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until it is confirmed by aq999app and a bet reference number is issued to the User. aq999app reserves the right to decline any bet, void any bet already accepted, or limit a User's stake at any time without explanation. This right may be exercised in cases where there is evidence of arbitrage, matched betting, abuse of promotions, or technical errors in the odds display.

4.2 Odds and Prices

All odds displayed on aq999app are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. For pre-match bets, the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are locked for that bet. For in-play (live) bets, the odds confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system apply. aq999app is not responsible for fluctuations in odds that occur between a User initiating a bet and the system confirming it.

4.3 Errors in Odds

In the event of a manifest error in published odds — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, system glitches, or incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error — aq999app reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect price, whether or not they have already been settled. Users who knowingly exploit manifest odds errors will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent suspension.

4.4 Cricket Betting — Specific Rules

Cricket markets on aq999app — covering BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international competitions — are subject to the following specific rules:

• For a match to be considered valid for settlement purposes, the minimum number of overs required by the relevant competition rules must be completed, unless the market rules specify otherwise.
• In the event of rain interruptions, revised targets under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be used for settlement where applicable.
• Abandoned or postponed matches will be settled as void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at aq999app's discretion, including during drinks breaks, wicket reviews, and DLS calculations.
• Player-specific markets (e.g., top batsman, most wickets) are settled on official competition scorecards. No amendments to scorecards made after initial publication will be recognised for settlement purposes unless explicitly stated in the market rules.

4.5 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games on aq999app — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash/arcade games — are provided by third-party game studios. Game rules, RTP percentages, and minimum/maximum stake information are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome and what is displayed on the user interface due to a technical fault, the game server log will be treated as the authoritative record for settlement purposes.

4.6 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any attempt to exploit inside information, collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or use automated betting systems (bots) is strictly prohibited on aq999app. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently closed, all winnings voided, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aq999app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is launched. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all aq999app promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion's terms.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Users who have completed their first qualifying deposit. Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. aq999app reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility for Users identified as engaging in bonus abuse.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet awards are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal). The following rules apply to wagering:

• Only real-money bets placed after a bonus is credited count toward wagering requirements.
• Bets placed on games or markets excluded from the promotion do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Where a promotional offer specifies that certain games contribute a percentage toward wagering (e.g., slots 100%, live casino 10%), only the applicable percentage of each qualifying bet counts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

5.3 Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

5.4 Bonus Abuse

aq999app actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free return, using automated systems to exploit bonus terms, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum wagering requirement through low-risk staking patterns. Where abuse is detected, aq999app reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close the account.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using aq999app, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Users at all times.

6.1 User Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account registration details at all times.
• Safeguard your account credentials and notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• Complete any KYC or verification requests within the timeframe specified by aq999app.
• Gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
• Inform aq999app immediately if you become aware that a self-exclusion request you previously submitted is not being enforced correctly.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aq999app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or manifest odds errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal details without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Users or the operation of the Platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

aq999app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

7.1 Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended — meaning all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is paused — in the following circumstances:

• Pending completion of a KYC or identity verification review.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity under investigation.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off period requested by the User is in effect.
• A dispute or chargeback has been raised against a transaction by the User or their payment provider.
• A technical error affecting the account is being investigated.

7.2 Permanent Closure by aq999app

aq999app may permanently close an account and forfeit all balances (including pending withdrawals) in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of the one-account rule.
• Confirmed provision of false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Confirmed exploitation of manifest errors, bugs, or bonus abuse.
• Confirmed use of automated betting software or bots.
• Repeated or egregious violations of these Terms following prior warnings.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the aq999app support team via the contact details listed in the footer of this page. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure if wagering requirements have not been met. aq999app will process a voluntary closure request within 5 business days. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons (such as problem gambling), please refer to the self-exclusion options available in your account settings or contact support for immediate assistance.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months or more is considered dormant. aq999app may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, starting from the first month after the 12-month inactive period. This fee will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. Users will receive email notification before dormancy fees begin to apply.

8 Liability & Dispute Resolution

This section sets out the limitations of aq999app's liability to Users and the process by which disputes between Users and the Platform are to be resolved.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq999app shall not be liable to any User for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Errors, delays, or failures by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank) in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

In any event, aq999app's maximum aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your aq999app account, bet settlement, payment, or any other Platform-related matter, you should follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the aq999app support team via email or WhatsApp (details in the footer). Provide your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
2. Step 2 — Investigation: aq999app will investigate your complaint and provide a full written response within 5 business days. Where additional information is required from you, the investigation period may be extended, and you will be kept informed of the status.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's investigation, you may request an escalation to a senior review team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written decision within 10 business days.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. aq999app will not consider complaints submitted after this period. The decision of the senior review team shall be final and binding in respect of all Platform-related disputes.
